# Wolff Finance Agent End-User License Agreement
Effective date: August 17, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Wolff Finance Agent ("Wolff"), an internal finance and accounting integration operated by Double Diamond Enterprises LTD, doing business as Altitude Property Management ("APM," "we," or "us").
## 1. Internal business use
Wolff is provided solely for authorized APM personnel and approved service providers performing work for APM. It is not offered for consumer use, resale, sublicensing, or use on behalf of an unrelated business.
## 2. Permitted use
Authorized users may use Wolff only for approved APM bookkeeping, controllership, reconciliation, accounts-payable, accounts-receivable, and financial-reporting workflows. Users must follow APM's access controls, accounting policies, approval requirements, and record-retention requirements.
## 3. Restricted activity
Users may not:
- access Wolff or connected accounting data without authorization;
- bypass authentication, provider safeguards, or approval gates;
- use Wolff to combine corporate funds with client or trust funds;
- disclose credentials, tokens, accounting records, or personal information to unauthorized parties;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse Wolff or a connected provider; or
- use Wolff in violation of law, contract, provider terms, or APM policy.
## 4. Accounting authority
Wolff's technical capability does not itself grant authority to conduct an accounting action. High-consequence activity—including releasing money, executing payroll, filing taxes, changing closed periods, making unusual or material journal entries, writing off balances, adjusting trust accounts, deleting records, or changing users and permissions—requires the approval applicable to that workflow.
QuickBooks Online remains APM's corporate ledger. Other property-accounting systems remain the systems of record for their respective property and trust-accounting domains.
## 5. Third-party services
Wolff connects to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. APM does not control and is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes.
## 6. Ownership
Wolff and its associated software, documentation, and configuration are owned by APM or its licensors. This Agreement grants a limited, revocable right to use Wolff for authorized APM business purposes and transfers no ownership rights.
## 7. Suspension and termination
APM may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when a user's role changes, authorization ends, or security or compliance concerns arise. Upon termination, the user must stop using Wolff and return or securely dispose of APM information as directed.
## 8. Disclaimers and limitation
Wolff supports, but does not replace, professional judgment, required review, or approval. To the extent permitted by law, Wolff is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing, and APM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from unauthorized or improper use.
## 9. Changes
APM may update this Agreement as Wolff or its connected services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
